A seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience, he brings expertise across the HR value chain, with a focus on driving business outcomes through people strategy. His experience spans India, the Middle East, ASEAN, and the United States, enabling him to operate effectively across diverse markets and cultures. He currently serves as Global CHRO at DMI and has previously held leadership roles at CMS IT Services and Wipro, along with associations with Cisco Systems and Ramco Systems. He holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences and HRM from Pondicherry University and is an alumnus of the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
